Notice for Request for Proposals - Construction Management of Northern Columbia Basin Rail Project
March 10, 2026: Notice is hereby given that the Port of Moses Lake is soliciting proposals from consultants for Construction Management of the Northern Columbia Basin Rail project until 5:00 p.m. PT, April 8, 2026.
The services required under this contract include Construction Management (CM) services in support of the Port of Moses Lake’s (Port) Northern Columbia Basin Rail (NCBRP) project. The NCBRP project is anticipated to include one construction contract, which will begin approximately in June 2026 and continue through December 2027, and includes a mix of local, state, and federal funding.
