The Port Commission of the Port of Moses Lake, Washington (Grant County Port District No. 10) (the “Port”) will hold an open public hearing on Monday, December 9, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. during the meeting of the Port Commission held upstairs in the Commission Chambers at the Terminal Building, Grant County International Airport located at 7810 Andrews St. NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837, for the purpose of considering the borrowing of up to $10,000,000 under the terms of an Industrial Wastewater Treatment Revenue Bond, 2019 (Private Activity – AMT) (“the Bond”)]. The proceeds of the Bond will be used for improvements to the Port’s system of industrial wastewater treatment facility located at 7051 Rd 10 NE, Moses Lake, WA that will include the construction and drilling of a deep water well and the construction, equipping and expansion of the Port’s wastewater treatment system all within the jurisdictional boundaries of the Port that currently serves six industrial clients. Bond proceeds may also be used to pay bond issuance costs. Comments will be taken from all members of the public attending the hearing.
