The Grant County International Airport (GCIA) in Moses Lake, Washington has a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) office manned by a full-time CBP Officer. PRIVATE AND CHARTER AIRCRAFT
Private and charter aircraft that arrive from outside of the U.S. may clear CBP at the Grant County International Airport. Advanced Passenger Information System (APIS) filing is required for all arriving foreign flights. Use airport code KMWH on your APIS form. In addition to filing APIS, you must also contact a Moses Lake CBP Officer at least one hour prior to your arrival. More Information can be found on the CBP website at www.CBP.gov

- Under 8,000 Lbs. - $10 per aircraft
- Under 25,000 Lbs. - $25 per aircraft
- Under 100,000 Lbs. - $100 per aircraft
- Under 300,000 Lbs. - $150 per aircraft
- Over 300,000 Lbs. - $250 per aircraft

VEHICLE IMPORTATIONS
The Moses Lake CBP Office can provide you with an entry document that will allow you to change your foreign registered and licensed vehicle over to the United States.
FIREARMS REGISTRATION
Weapons and equipment can be brought into the Moses Lake CBP Office to have registered prior to leaving the country. The registration is proof that you didn't acquire the items while outside of the country and also expedites your clearance through CBP when you return to the United States. Any item with a serial number may be put on the form, like cameras and binoculars. The form 4457 needed for registration can be found at www.CBP.gov or at the Moses Lake CBP Office.
