The above non-refundable fees are payable by the applicant to the Grantee prior to the submission of the application or request to the Foreign-Trade Zones Board. Failure by the applicant to pay such fees to the Grantee will result in the Grantee withholding approval of the application or request and the Grantee refusing to file application or request on behalf of the applicant.
